There is so much to do in every season on Vancouver Island, BC but the awesome snow and beautiful scenery make Mount Washington a great place to be at this time of year.

This destination ski resort is located on beautiful Mount Washington, on the eastern edge of Vancouver Island. It is nestled between the Pacific Ocean and the snow-capped peaks of Strathcona Provincial Park.  There is a wide variety of downhill terrain with areas for the tentative beginner to the daring professional. You can also find two terrain parks and facilities for snow tubing if you feel like shedding your skis or snowboard for a day. The Strathcona Park trails are open for Nordic skiers and snowshoers.
